Hello, I am @applemango! I haven't checked in recently :( I finally found the time to catch up with all, how are you guys doing? Q: How are you going to celebrate Halloween?

I'm doing good and I'm going to celebrate Halloween by trick or treating still!

My birthday is November 2nd and my little sister's is the 30th, so I'm having my friends come over for a Hamil-ween party (my family is being Hamilton characters!)

Oh my gosh, I missed you! I am celebrating Halloween with a party at my house. It is kind of like a circus party-ish?? If you complete a minigame you get candy. :)

Doing great! How about you? Doing a group costume with friends.

hey @armcginn!! I'm doing a group costume too!! What are you and your friends going as?? I know this might sound childish but I swear it's fun, my group is going as Care Bears!!!❤️❤️❤️

We're going as the spice girls, but dressing up like spices, not the band lol

Hey! I'm doing great! I'm going to do Halloween in my house! We will go trick-or-treating from room to room in our house, with our family members go into the rooms and give us candy. I live with a big family, and I have a big house, so it's just our plan.

AMAZING tell me all about it when you have had Halloween 🎃🎃🎃

Ahhh I missed you!!!! A: I think i am going to go trick-or-treating like usual but with a mask and gloves on ;)

Hi, @applemango ! Here's the answer : I'm secretly watching Halloween movies because there is no Trick-or-treat in South Korea :(

I’m going to go to a friend’s Halloween party and we’re going to have matching costumes! How are you doing? I know, coming on Dogo everyday is hard :(

I’m dressing up in a zen art costume I made myself!

I know it doesn't look like it but this is my Halloween avatar. I'm going as Tris Prior and decided create my avatar after her! Please comment or put a like if you like it?

That is so cool I love Tris!!!!!

Hey guys! This is a question that is mainly for teenagers, but anyone can answer! I am really shy around people, but I want to change that! I'm in 8th grade and a teenager, and I'm going to my relatives house in a few weeks. I really want to start talking to them more and be funny, but I'm worried they will just say "She's acting like a teenager." I don't like that people say that like it's a bad thing! What should I do? Thanks guys!

You're probably not as shy/quiet around new people as I am... I'm so quiet (among other reasons) my nickname is Ghost lol

Hey! I am so close to being a teenager- I am in 7th grade and my birthday is soon. Honestly, I would either ignore the comment if it hurts you (but still be polite) or embrace being a teenager! Being a teenager only happens for a couple of years in your life, so enjoy those years! :)

I’m also a shy person, and even though I’m not a teenager, I think you should just talk to your relatives the way you normally do. And also, act like you’re interested and listening to their conversation.

Hi there! I believe when they say that... (which i dislike too) usually teens are always on their phones and stuff... hence “moody teenager”. I would just pitch in on their conversations and listen. Crack a couple jokes while your at it! And mostly, act like your listening and youre not just in your own world. (Dont mind my name 😂... I’m in 8th grade... i need to change that, i done even understand why i wrote it. Haha!)

just talk to them about their life... hobbies, sports, instruments they play, etc., try to relate with your own positive experiences (without interrupting) and pay attention. Or try complimenting on your aunt's new dress, or your grandma's potatoes, or your little cousin's teddy bear. I'm also in eighth grade (and super quiet) but I haven't EVER had my family say the whole teenager thing to me. Don't worry about it... after all, they're family. I think you will do just fine, you seem like a wonderful person :)

Thanks! That was good advice! You seem like a really nice person too!

I’m not a teen but here’s what I would do. Try talking to your very close circle of family and friends first. How does that feel? If you don’t know what to talk about tell them about something that you watched on TV last night or and idea for if they are bored. You will begin to feel comfortable around them. Once you a really comfortable move on to people who you don’t know as a well. For example you could ask someone who is sitting by themselves to come sit with you. Eventually you’ll feel comfortable doing this too. The last step is just a tip from me: Always act like yourself in front of people. It takes getting used to but in the end it is easier. I hope you like these steps and that it is helpful to everyone who might be feeling this way! Take care! @Iloveaudreylucy

Hi!Im not a teenager but I can give some advice. I'm about to turn the age that is 2 years younger than 13. But I have older cousins that are teenagers and I give them advice all the time which always works. I would say you should just be yourself. Be the funny and talk more like you want to! If someone comments saying your just acting like a teenager. Laugh it off with a smile and say "Yup that's me! The coolest 8th grader around!" that should cheer you up and it should show the adults you like being silly and don't care about being told your just being a teenager. I think your cool! Hope my advice helps!

Tell them that itš not really a bad thing.

Hmm...Maybe before you go start looking up some interesting topics and icebreakers, like news stories that made you smile or jokes to tell them. And if they are like my relatives, they might ask you about what you are doing in school or what hobbies you like, so when you answer them make sure you give detailed answers instead of just short "yes and no's". I also don't like when people say someone is "acting like a teenager" ;-|

I have a really shy best friend, and she gets really shy around other people but us. What I tell her to remember is that no one is watching her, or thinking, "Wow that girl is so shy! Weird." Just be you! Think of it like a "filter". When your around your family, or a best friend, you take your filter off. But when your around people you don't know so well, you put on the filter. Just remember, you can take your filter off anytime! You should try and think about that! Try taking your filter off for a little bit around them! - HoneyBadger1313

hee I don't know for me I think being a teen is way grown up...still has 2years to go...

I'm only 10, but I would say be you! If they say that, tell them politely, "Actually I'm acting like ME!"

Hmmmm good question. I think that you should try it, and if you get a little nervous or don't like their response you can just switch back to how you acted around them before.

My advice is just have fun and be you! Who cares what they say, plus they'll probably just think that your mature! Would you rather people say that your acting like a teenager (which you are and that's not a bad thing) or like a little kid? I hope this helps!

Hey guys! This is a question for those who dance or like to dance! What dance moves are cool to learn? I want to learn how to dance, but I don't go to classes because they are expensive! I look the moves up and learn from the internet. So, what moves should I learn? Thanks guys!

Hmm..You should learn the floss or the shuffle..the shuffle might be a little hard to do but with some practice it'll be good!

I have entered in the contest, so that's why my avatar look really weird!

I just do hand dance. it's really simple and if you add in a pop/sparkle effect in your music it's definitely great.
