I read this for the first time a long time ago, and i just finished reading it again for the second time with my little sister. this book is very interesting and it has a very eerie feel to it at times. I enjoy the writing style of it, as it's very descriptive in a way that's not too clunky or hard to read. Would definitely recommend for anyone 9+ who enjoys a slightly eerie fantasy!

This books is a little slow compared to the rest of the series but it's a perfect start/introduction. I really love the depth of all the characters in this story as a lot of the characters seem to have moral ambiguity. I definitely recommend everyone give these a try they are just that enjoyable.

I loved the writing style of this book and the plotting was very clever. all of the characters have deep personalities and the main characters are very lovable. The concept of futuristic A.I is done in a way I haven't seen before and I enjoyed it very much. This book is great for anyone who enjoys dystopian books and/or books with unexpected twists.

No, I'm planning on Marines. I'm in Texas, though, not Kentucky. I am in an AFJROTC unit at my high school, so I do know more about the Air Force than the other branches. I am planning to read up on everything before I commission so I don't have regrets.

I'm a high school freshman. I would say that make sure you're ready for high school because there is some transitioning. If you plan to take advanced classes, make sure you know how to study.
