Between 12 year old Raina's Drama, Crushes, and Fake Friends, she had an accident causing her to have dental problems, She has to deal with it while trying to overcome Middle School, and later in The Story High School! I of course never would want to spoil it but I absolutely recommend this book
Even if your a person who has never been a fan of reading Rains Telegeimer's book Smile can turn that around!
