This was an interesting book that provided great insight into what it was like to be a slave. The description and details are vivid from the start of the journey to the end, and Sharon M. Draper has really allowed you to both empathize with characters and gasp at the horrors that face them.Almost 13 years agozenga has read this book.

I have read the other two books of the series and they are really good. At some parts of the story I got a little confused on what they are talking about. I hope they make a movie for this book like the other two books.About 13 years agopaoje added a book review.
I read part of the book in class and it seemed like a good book. I think the book is a mystery about why the boy just all of a sudden stopped talking.About 13 years agopaoje added a book review.
I read part of this book in class for an exercise we were doing. I have a dog so i can relate to some things the author is talking about.About 13 years agopaoje wants to read this book.
