Hello to anyone suffering with allergies (like me)...just wondering if you had any tips? Mine is to put some vapor rub under your nose. Also, pro-tip: if you have any itchiness (itchy eyes, throat, or nose), you do NOT have a viral infection such as a cold, flu, or covid :)

I sadly also have allergies. Some tips are: 1. Take a nice hot shower 2. Nose spray 3. Wear a mask when going outside (it helps reduce the pollen). Hope it helps!
