I have a question. When you borrow an eBook, do you actually borrow from an actual library? Like, do you need a library card?
I think so, but you should talk to the librarian.
It depends on where you are borrowing your eBook from. If you are borrowing the eBook from somewhere that's connected to your local library, you might need a library card. If the website or app is Kindle or something similar, you may just need a personal username and password.
