Hello to anyone suffering with allergies (like me)...just wondering if you had any tips? Mine is to put some vapor rub under your nose. Also, pro-tip: if you have any itchiness (itchy eyes, throat, or nose), you do NOT have a viral infection such as a cold, flu, or covid :)

omg when I have my allergies sometime I feel like I can't breath but I can but only a little bit. but I hope ur allergies go away

Thank you, i am feeling a bit better now than I did 4 days ago. I always get cedar fever, which is pretty bad in my region :(

I sadly also have allergies. Some tips are: 1. Take a nice hot shower 2. Nose spray 3. Wear a mask when going outside (it helps reduce the pollen). Hope it helps!
