An AR book is when you get sent a book ahead of it's publishing schedule to read and review on DOGO. It is part of a special club. :D
At my school, AR books are books you can test on and get points for. There's a system that a lot of schools use with books being the same number of points, so they can tell about what level a student is reading on. I know you were talking to @pizzagirl7, but I hope this helps anyway! :)
