The Outsiders-the author was consulted on everything from script, to clothes, to cars, to location, to cast, and even has a cameo. In fact, the director even went back and made a version of the movie more true to the book just because the fans asked. 6.) Gone With the Wind or one of the Lord Of The Rings books 7.) athletic 8.) I had the same problem but my parents found a way to download them for like four bucks on Google drive. I hope this helps!
