The other day my friend said that the topic of slavery has been overwritten. Personally I believe that stories of slavery, the Holocaust, and all other things like this have to be written until they stop. Until nothing like it ever happens again, and guess what they happen every day for example Kony 2012. Sharon M. Draper does an excellent job of capturing the horror of slavery and the corruption of that time.

When their cases go horribly wrong and they run incredibly low on money, they are faced with one chance to redeem themselves: spend a night in the most haunted house in England and come out alive after ridding it of ghosts. And perhaps, for more publicity and the sake of doing good - figure out the reason behind a hidden dead body and the secret of the mansion. This is absolutely one of the best books I’ve read. Although it seems like a horror story, it is written in a way that is scary, suspenseful, witty, but light enough not to give you nightmares. One of the reasons I like it so much is because it is a good all-around story, it has the themes of family, friendship and camaraderie. It’s also got the touch of medieval English culture. I would recommend this book to everybody - it’s that great.

Once again, this famous book is from Plants vs Zombies gameplay, and it is funny and not very history accurate. The evil zombieboss, Dr. Zomboss, is wrecking havoc across the timeline. Genius inventor (and plant general) Uncle Dave helpes his niece, Patrice, and her friend, Nate Timely, defend the ages from crumbling to the zombies. Will very please young readers, and will be funny. But DO NOT USE THIS FOR YOUR HISTORY REPORT, or you will get in a lot of trouble.

This book" This is how we do it' is fun! It talks about how different places around the world and how they do things differently. Like how they teach ,go to school, classroom, and what they wear! I think if u want to know more about the world you should defiantly read this amazing book! And even though it is long it is defiantly worth it!

This is a great book!Mr.Beard does all kinds of crazy stuff,like make the teachers jump into a mud pool and fight each other.I think this is a great book!!:)

Amazing book, one of my favorites in this series! I love the fractured fairy tale genre. The book took so many twists and turns, and I was fascinated the whole time! Love it!

You've gotten bit by a mosquito before, right? So annoying! But that's NOTHING compared to eleven-year-old Tom. He got bit by a BAT, a WEREWOLF, and... a ZOMBIE?!? And right before the start of middle school, too! Tom was so ready to have a relaxed first day of middle school, one in which he could just blend in to avoid being noticed by anyone but his best friend Zeke, and his crush, Annie. But walking into middle school as a VAM-WOLF-ZOM?? It was going to be a crazy year, that's for sure. All of Tom's senses sharpen, especially his smell and night vision, he develops sharp vampire teeth, and even becomes a werewolf on full moons! And he seems to be developing a tasting for super-super-rare hamburgers... This book is a wild rise! You'll love reading this funny, wacky adventure as Tom ventures through 6th grade, not totally human, but totally interesting. I personally thought this book was awesome, and it kept me laughing chapter after chapter. The great graphics and story kept me engaged through the whole book and wanting a sequel ASAP! I would recommend this book to anyone ages 9+ and I rate it 4/5 stars!

I am reading this book because I have read other Big Nate books by Lincoln Pierce. I have always liked the funny punchlines the author brings in on various different occasions through out the book. I am hoping for more funny Big Nate comics to come out in the future. There are a lot still left for me to read, yet I read them pretty quickly. I hope you like Big Nate too.

i decided to read this book i'm on page 16 i like it because it is detailed and tells how each person in the story feels i really like this book my teacher has the whole series she as 2 whole boxes of them and i do watch the show and i have seen this episode and all the other ones to. the person who told me about the show was my mom my grandparents which are my moms parent's have 3 movies of the babysitters club i'm so happy i found out about this show and story i love it so much.
