This graphic novel adapted by Raina Telgemeier, the #1 New York Times bestselling, multiple Eisner Award-winning author of Smile, is now available in full color!

Poor Stacey. She just moved to a new town, is still coming to terms with her diabetes, and is facing baby-sitting problems left and right. Fortunately, Stacey has three new friends -- Kristy, Claudia, and Mary Anne. Together they're the BSC -- and they will deal with whatever's thrown their way... even if it's a rival baby-sitting club!

Raina Telgemeier, in the same signature style featured in Smile and Sisters, perfectly captures all the drama and humor of the original novel!

The Truth about Stacey is a change compared to the first book, because now the author mainly focuses about Stacey. Ann talks about how Stacey has to adjust from moving and her diabetes. This book is quite influential to many readers, especially the ones who share the same feelings as Stacey. This book teaches readers to be more independent and believe in yourself. I think that this book is good, and I learned a lot from this. I recommend this book for kids aged 8-13.

l love this series it was so funny I can't wait to read the new one Stacey's mistake I love the graphic novels and the regular novels too......!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just as stacey I have type 1 diabetes I was in a coma for about 2 months my mom was not able to hold.me unless she wore a suit that was for like if you were to go into a room full of acid or something like that.

Well I as well have diabetes but I think that the best way to handle it is have a healthy diet cause when I eat gluten my sugars just go up! That is why my family eats very little gluten

just like the original. Stacey has type 1 diabetes. She's also new to Stonybrook and is dealing with babysitting problems. Luckily, Stacey has three new friends and together they make up the bsc. then a new rival club comes to Stonybrook. Wanna know more? read this book
