The name of the author is jacqueline davies and the people in this book are Jessie and Evan,Megan and jessie and megan are teaming up to try to get a 100 bucks by the end of the week Evan is mad because Jessie is going to Evan school and he is mad because he doesn't want her to go to his school and so his is upset about it and he thinks it is her sister fault but i recommend u read this its lit

I like it because it intersting, funny,and it's a lot of drama though because of the hot jelly beans thing and also the carly fight and just the whole war itself
