Should we continue to spring forward and fall back each every? Claim : It help save energy.It daylight longer when you move the time forward Evidence:It's been shown that It's dark in the morning when walking to the bus stop .you lost a hour of sleep and that could make you tried during the day. Are bodies have a hard time time adjusting to the change. Reasoning; I feel we shouldn't move the time back or forward because it take to long for our bodies to adjust to the change.
