Hi I'm new to this club, and I'm posting to raise awareness for Pulmonary Hypertension a disease that attacked my brother a few years ago , Pulmonary Hypertension (PH for short) is a disease that attacks the lungs, heart, or some tissues in the body and can be life threatening And usually needs a transplant and when my brother had his (double) lung transplant, we had to travel back and forth to a hospital but some family have to completely move to another state to get a transplant because you have to stay in the hospital for very long time but luckily its a rather rare disease and not nearly as common as some other diseases.
