gross will never ever do

It isn't seen as odd in their culture. It's sort of like how centuries ago, a girl wearing trousers was extremely weird, but in many modern countries, it's not so weird anymore.

Gross, but still interesting. I want to know how some people manage to eat bugs without even caring about it.

In all honesty, I don't think that eating insects is all that gross. Many cultures across the world already enjoy insects as food, and insects apparently don't even taste that bad. Frankly, I would much rather eat insects, as opposed to starving.
