1. The cause of candy is usually the sugar.
2. The scientist used Lactobacillus paracasei to take away some of the sugar, that would normally stick to your teeth and cause a cavity.
3. Their expeirement was to use Lactobacillus paracasei so it could cling to the Streptocci mutans. The expirement worked for the people who ate the gummies with Lactobacillus paracasei.About 11 years ago
