I am glad that they are changing Columbus day into indigenous people day because Columbus was a very bad personAbout 7 years agopuffgirljcliked a comment in New Mexico, Vermont, And Maine Replace Columbus Day With Indigenous Peoples' Day.
I think that Columbus Day should be renamed Indigenous Peoples' Day. Columbus treated the natives horribly. I completely agree with anyone who thinks the same as I do. Native Americans need to be appreciated and more recognized!About 7 years agopuffgirljcliked a comment in New Mexico, Vermont, And Maine Replace Columbus Day With Indigenous Peoples' Day.
Columbus was a terrible man he cut off the hands of the natives if they didn't bring him a certain amount of gold. He also took thousands as slaves. I think they should change the nameAbout 7 years ago
