Will Washington, DC, Become The 51st US State?

Okay the reason the bill was created was because D.C has way to many people living in it. But they can not vote because they are not a state. The thing is it was not a state before because the republicans would not pass it because alot of Washington D.C is democrat. The passing of this bill would be essential to the voting system. For the republicans it means that the democrats will have more supporters. That and the republicans commit voter suppression anyway.
