I believe that orcas in the wild would be able to pick up words like Wikie because like Abrahamson said, "It allows them to learn from their peers" and that means her peers can learn from her. Another reason why they can learn human sounds like Wikie is because animals with abilities like this can adapt and help others increase their chance of survival like it states here, "The researcher, believes species that have this ability can adapt more easily to changes in their environment and increase their chances of survival."
