I don't want the $5, but a motherboard, simply put, is a printed circuit with the main components of a computer or other device, with various places for other circuit boards to be slotted. And just putting it out there; you are correct that coding is basically just 1's and 0's, but nowadays most "Coding" is simple commands in HTML or JS. :b
