Well, I would say that he sleeps like a normal person, since playing for 6 hours is only one fourth of a full day, and people usually sleep 8-10 hours, so that's like 2/8 more of a day, so he really still gets around half the day to excersize or whatever, but still, that is a crazy amount of time.
