Wait, didn't it say that it was blurred for artistic effect?

It's Amazing because I love art although I kinda suck at drawing certain things, over all I'm pretty good with anime/ human faces, but I noticed it looked as it doesn't go up very high. But it's still very cool and very fascinating and I would love to try it one day.
