They are cheaper to make but the printer is very expensive. Enable made a map with people that had a 3-D printer and people that need to use a 3-D printer. John Schull saw a you-tube video that had an African carpenter and a American puppeteer working together to make a hand for a five year old South African boy. Schull is not happy that there are only working in "developed countries like the United States and Europe. " instead of the most impoverished.
