Excellent book with a great female heroin. Shannon Hale kept me engaged and wanting to read more. I love the theme of friendship and perseverance can win the day.

I enjoyed this book. It was more of a stop and think about it type book rather than an action packed can't put it down book. I like to think about and understand the way other people think and view the world.

This book is a keeper. I thought it would last me a while, based on it's thickness, but it was such a page turner I was at the end in no time.
