Hatchet is one of the best books I read in a while. It excited me and all I wanted to do was read the book over and over and over. I read Hatchet for school and when I finished the book, all I thought about was how much the book inspires me to be a writer. This book is a action survival book and I love action survival. I think you need to read this book right away if you are 11 or older, reading this book changed my life because it put my into Brian's head it’s like I was him in the book. Brain is a 13 year old boy who is brave, smart and he knows how to live on his own. He goes to see his father after him and his mom get a divorce because of The Secret. If you want to learn more about the book, Hatchet, I suggest you read it ASAP.
