The Outsiders is a good book because of the reading level, action, and cars. I liked the reading level because it challenged me to read at a harder reading level and it helped me read better too As i was reading about the Socs and Greasers having war on each other, I found I was on the edge of my seat. I liked reading about the classic cars in the book. It makes me happy, because I love working on old cars. For these reasons, I would give The Outsiders four stars.
