I feel like in earlier grades the younger kids minds don't have to learn as much. Then when you get into older grades like me, you have to go to different class and you can have hours of homework at a time. The reason when you get older that you aren't as good at math is that there's more being crammed into your head.

Yes I think math skills can be improved if they work hard and practice their math skills then they can improve in math.
