O.K. I am not a girly girl but this is adorable.

I think it is chewable soap. What else would it be? Soap washes away in the rain. Especially small portions. And does it come out of your hair? I don't think so. My uncle lives in the U.K. and is a taste tester for this stuff. It is defenitley soap.
