How come over 380,000 government employees making money, THIS IS MADNESS!!!!!

This Shut down is affecting over 380,000 government employees, Something must be done.

This Government shut down is senseless!!! People are not getting paid for their hard work so they can not provide for their families!!!!!!

Many people are suffering just because the Congress decided that they shouldn't be funded. I have a friend and her family is suffering miserably! I wish I could help, but, other than lending her money, I don't know how I could do it. I hope Congress realizes their mistake before it's too late.
