Probably seizures, or some sort of mental/physical illness. That kid of stuff is so sad and absolutely horrible 😭😭😭

If you take the seeds from a pumpkin sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on them its delicious! And then you don't waste them so its a win win!😍
