I cannot belive that the government is fining parents because they let there kids play on computers!! I mean, it's not their fault that there is a lot of cyber bullying. Vanoss1 has a point, but a real problem is that even 5 year olds now have facebook accounts. I think the government should ONLY fine the parents/people who are cyberbullying. I get the idea of not being on an iPad 'till 3 in the morning, but I don't understand why TV, iPods (not iPod touches, iPods), the radio, and other devices like those are banned. I think that in the future EVERYTHING is going to be technology, so why not start early?
