John Paul Jones is most certainly the hero of the seas, as he is the father of the American navy. Very good 10/10, but didn't talk His crusades in england enough (he burned villages and stuff).

Great book love it 10/10 would read again. Pip isn't the best character, but you kind of have to put up with him for the first part of the book until you get to the real heroes of the book in the second part, which is over course Herbert Pocket and John Wemmick. Estella is pretty cool too, but is kind of a brat in the beginning. But throughout the book she became a sick character, and totally deserves better than Pip. (but romantic subplots am i right?????) As I said before Herbert Pocket is god's gift to the universe, and the best character in all classical literature. Anyone who has to put up with Pip for a majority of their lives deserves an award, and Herbert deserved much better that whatever situations Pip got him in. Overall a pretty awesome book, needed more Herbert.

Magnus Chase is the best gosh darn book to ever be written by our lord and savior Uncle Rick. T.J. is the best character 10/10 only shows up for about three pages though, but what can you do???? Totally Lit would totally recommend to anyone who has working eyes. Jack is pretty cool too, even though he's a sword. Alex is a straight up savage. Sam is still best girl na.
