I love the Dog Man series SO MUCH! This is a funny book about a human and dog combined. He gets the chief of police a fish for his B-day. The fish turned evil and the cat gets blamed. The cat goes to jail and that's basically it. I can't relate to this book, but it is really funny.Over 6 years agodolgkat28 has read this book.
