I think flares and parachutes can solve that problem. If the user's car starts falling, they can activate a panic. The parachute would fly out, and flares are noisy and hard not to notice. Perfect for warning people.

to be honest, i think an EV would be worth it, because even now, 7,200 watts is MUCH cheaper than 30 gallons of gas.

We need this in the U.S. I mean, wouldn't it be nice if we could have NO pollution? the energy source could be the sun or nearby rivers.
