Is the mars city is there or they just mak a plan how to build it and also how many years do they specifically need to build this city?

We are spending money to live there cause there’s no eniugh space in earth for people to live.

Actually it was great plan of drawing where’s it describe ho it is happen and that was maybe start from a same idea and much that it’s went it become more epic plan so that is the way how they do it little kids.
