Penny's just an average girl in the UK, with a best friend who deals with a lot of problems that other girls do. But, when her parents are given a one time job (they plan weddings) in the US, Penny gets a lifetime opportunity to go to New York. When she gets there, she's able to go on a journey of self-discovery, finding new friends, new places, and perhaps...love? Overall, I loved the book. It made me laugh, scream, and cry. I would give a 4.5 out of 5. Really though. Read this book.Almost 11 years agochloator has read this book.
