A.C Alec Ramsey was going to New York on a ship and a wild stallion was on the ship to. Then a big storm came and the ship sank and the only survivors was Alec the horse. They got stuck on the island on and on the island they became very close. The a ship saw them and rescued them. Then they got another ship and went to New York and Alec names the horse the back. In New York he trains the stallion with a guy named Henry and the black makes a new friend named Napoleon and then they find out that the black can be in a race with two of the fastest horses cyclone and sun raider. On the day of the race the black is far behind from cyclone and sun raider but he runs super fast that he catched up to them and won the race. I would recommend this book because it is really interesting and it is a good book.

I like this book because it shows how Mattie feels and it explains her feelings well.
