It is because the people that use them do not use them correctly. There trying to solve the problem by fixing them,it is the perfect choice because the eagle is one of the strongest birds in the world. One of them is taking them down with missiles.

Some people use them for illegal things They use attack hawks Jamming radios I would like them to use drones but not to watch towns only use them for medical. Or military uses because they cant just be pity spies so yes drones are good
