there should be concern ut i think they should let the marine biologists figure this one. other scientists should be working on the cure for cancer

I think this will be an example to others, homeless or not, to be honest. Guilt will just come back at you. and if you lost something, you would love it for someone to give it back and return it no matter how valuable it is. This could help make the world a better brighter place.
