I also think that the amount of spending is ridiculous, but my family has a tradition of getting new flowers and planting them, so we are contributing to that. lol

These people are so naive at the beginning of this problem to think that the water is fine after it tasted bad, looked bad, and probably smelled weird too. They complained later but at the beginning I would be out of that city.
