makes me wonder if we teach monkeys sign language can we ask them if they understand other animals if they say yes then they can be our translators.

It is indeed cause the whales are hungry,they ram into things most likely icebergs to get seal, polar bears, or even penguins off so they can eat it. The reason they are attacking the BOATS are probably because the area they usually hunt in the, food is gone so they are attacking the BOATS.
