Well, Taiwan is! We don't celebrate Thanksgiving, but we do have other ones, like Peace Memorial Day, Dragon Boat Festival, and the 228 Peace Memorial day!
Really? I didn't know there was countries that didn't celebrate it. Is it a foreign language country? I know UK and Australia don't (or at least have it as a national holiday).
