Merry Christmas!
Hi all so, do you remember what I said about the community project I was doing with a friend?? We had to raise 500 dollars (mostly just tell all my grandparents about it and they donated 🤗) and a big business in our town matched it, and we used the money to make care packages for the youth shelter here. Well guess what!! We raised all 1000 dollars after only a couple days, and then more people kept donating!! So we ended up with $1648.92 to spend, and my friend and her mom were able to go shopping and get everything we needed, and put it together. So on December 22 we went to the shelter and dropped off 12 gift bags, one for each of the teens currently staying there. Just in time for Christmas!!!! I just remembered that my friend is actually here on DOGO, she is not active though. Still, shoutout to @sirireads!! Maybe if you come back on you can read this!! Thank you 💜 To everyone here, remember that you can make a difference!! No matter how small, anything you do is important
