Been there. You are either: shy, cold, afraid, or have a crush on that person. But sometimes it just happens and it is normal.
that happens to me sometime i was at school talking to my best friend and i get goosebumps because i'm cold. it also depends on the person you where around it could be an old friend, ex friend etc. but whatever it is it will be ok.
