Yeah! Where I live, it's cold every fall, but this year, it's oddly warm.... We broke a record

Chartreuse is a tertiary color, but when you add more yellow, I've heard some people call it neon green.

Mine was ruby red, now I have emerald green, you know, evergreen trees stay green all year
