Hi its been a gajillion years (or something like that) since iv'e been on dogo news! How are you today? I'm fine besides the fact that these braces are killing my mouth. I just got braces today. Does anyone with braces have any tips, or could you tell me what i can or can't eat? I'm not trying to make you feel like my dentist just if you want to give tips. Also did you know that it is the first day of summer? yeeeeees! Have a good rest of the day/night/afternoon!
I have a tip! Always keep your braces clean, or they look disgusting. Make sure when you brush your teeth to brush your gums or they will gradually go over your brackets (gross, I know but it's true). And other thing, don't eat hard food. It's tempting but DON'T do it! It will break your bracket and it will hurt until you get it fixed. Okay, one more tip, if you have a water pick, use it. It helps get the tarter on your brackets. Good luck!

I do have braces, too, not my favorite thing, lol... but I can give you some tips, if your mouth start to hurt, grab an horseshoes-like flavors then bite really hard that can help you get over the pain, you can eat soft food like oatmeal, and foods you can`t eat is gums, starbursts, and etc! Hope that can help you!
