I mostly read adult books, so some recommendations are the Jane Hawk series by Dean Koontz, the Shelby Lake duology by Brian Freeman, and Hold Back the Tide by Melinda Salisbury.

Wow, there are so many choices! Sorry I can't really pick one individual book for you, but I suggest mystery or sci-fi books if that's what you're into! Maybe even fantasy! Personally, I'm a mystery and horror person with the occasional sci-fi!

I really like classics so I suggest Smoky the cow horse, The story of Helen Keller, Shiloh, Hatchet, Little house on the prairie, Prairie lotus, and nat geo books! I hope this helps!📚
