Do something that makes people look twice, and you know just really think. Like maybe better_makes_best or excel9. I like seeing inspiring usernames that really made me think about what they meant, like low_key_glowing or wondersouls. Be your own sunshine!
Maybe have a name where you include one of your favourite things to do (like a hobby) and then your favourite animal. Like my favourite thing is Art and I like penguins so I could do Art_Penguin.
