My school is starting spring break at the end of this week! Are any of you going into a break soon/already had one? Any plans? We’re driving up to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania!

Already had a spring break, but I finish school for the summer at the end of May! Then I'm going to three volleyball camps in the summer.

Regarding the acting camp I am also going to, I'm nervous, since he's teaching us acting for the camera, too. With many other things...... But I'm excited!

I end school early May 🙃 It makes only taking a week for Thanksgiving and a week for Christmas totally worth it

Why does that sound so soon, but at the same time not?

Congrats! I don't have any breaks coming up but some of my friends have spring break too!

Cool I’m going to San Diego next week for spring break

Same here, I'll be attending a Christian camp, but other than that not much. Also, Philadelphia sounds like fun! I've never been, so you'll have to tell me all about it!

I’m going to camp too (just for a week with my church)! Philadelphia was super cool, and there were lots of interesting historical stuff :) My favorite part was sitting on top of the tour bus, and seeing the Eastern State Penetentary (even i i couldn’t do the audio tour).

Ohh, that sounds like fun! If I'm being absolutely honest, I'm not a huge fan of historical landmarks, maybe it'll be something I'm interested in in the future though.

Nah...I have to wait a few more months until the summer break starts! Our school doesn't have spring breaks!

Hi all ;) Sorry I'm super busy with school. I love reading through all your comments, even if I don't respond/comment my own too often. Also, as yet another (what are the odds??) Taiwanese here, I just want to add that I speak English and Mandarin, but very little Taiwanese. I wish local schools here (and just Taiwan overall) placed more emphasis on Taiwanese. Lastly, shoutout to @doggiechristmas; your comments are always so sweet, I smile reading them :)

Hi! No worries about school, life happens! That's pretty neat that you can speak so many languages, that's a real gift! And yes, totally agree about @doggiechristmas, definitely a ray of sunshine!

What another surprise! I used to think I was the only (half) Taiwanese on DOGO, but boy was I wrong. Also, congrats to @doggiechristmas! Your presence is always a delight!

So many Taiwanese people here! (I am, too! :))

Hope you can do great in school! I’ve been quite busy myself 😅

Do you guys know the band Guns n' Roses? They are coming to Taiwan(where I live ) on May 10th for a live concert! Too bad everyone was too fast, we didn't get the tickets in time!

I've heard of them, but I haven't ever listened to them. I'm so sorry you didn't get any tickets. :((

Sorry you didn’t get the tickets :( it’s cool you live in Taiwan!!!

People are so crazy for concerts! I've never gone to one before 'cause the tickets are expensive and hard to get!

Really!? I don't know about that!( I live in Taiwan too!) I'm sure you'll get the tickets next time!

I've heard of them before, but I don't know them too well. That's a bummer! You might still hear them if you stand outside the stadium?

I live in a different city from there, so maybe not possible!

Hi everyone! Summer is just around the corner, and I'm too excited to wait! I would like to ask what color I should choose for my summer background! Ocean Blue? Sand? Pastel to resemble ice cream? Pls reply!

Thanks everyone! I changed my background to a greenish blue hue (to resemble the ocean) for summer!

Ocean blue or pastels sound nice! Maybe a nice yellow?

I love pastels, and Ocean Blue is lovely as well! Maybe you could go for Cotton Candy pink or a soft yellow tone?

have ya'll read Gooney Bird Green by Lois Lowerly

I haven't, actually I've never heard of it before, but I am a huge fan of Lois Lowry! Maybe you've heard of The Giver Quartet?

I like Lois Lowry's books too! My fav is Number The Stars!

Nope, but now that you mention it, it’s on my to-read list!
