This week's quote: "We will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream." ~ Martin Luther King Jr. This quote was for upcoming MLK Day, but I also thought it was an excellent quote that I couldn't help but share. I hope you like it; I know I really did! 😃🌺

Thats an awesome quote I love it so much.

I love that quote! I've heard it before since I love Martin Luther King JR

Yeah, I love it too! And Martin Luther King is amazing too! <333

I love this quote! Martin Luther King Jr. was such an inspiring and brave person!

Wow! I love your quotes. Also, question here, Why is MLK day on the 13? The 13th has bad luck, and Martin Luther King was so so good!

I think it’s actually the 16th because it’s on the third Monday of January, which is Jan 16th…

Hello! Um, I think MLK day is on the 15th because that was his birthday. 😉 I'm glad you like the quotes!

I just wanted to say that I’m at 16 followers! My goal is to get to 25! I would really appreciate it if some of you could follow me! It really means a lot! 🥹😊 I can promise you I’ll follow you back! Thxxx for all of your guy’s support!

Wow! Congrats! 3 more followers to go!

Of course I'll follow you! Best of luck so you can reach your goal! 💙

I hope you reach your goal! You deserve it!

Hey y’all! 🤠 Hope everyone is having a fabulous day/afternoon/night!! I have a little favor….I would love for some book suggestions. I’ve been reading the BSC series but I’m a little bored of those. I like realistic fiction and sometimes historic fiction. Biographies are always good too. 😉 I really appreciate the help, thank you!! 😍📚

hi! you should read Keepers of the lost cities ( one of my favs)

Oh, okay, thanks! I've seen that at the library , so I'll have to check it out, thanks!

Do you like mysteries and thrillers? If so, I would recommend the Shelby Lake series. Here is a historical fiction recommendation: The Magicians of Mazda by Ashwin Sanghi. This book was really informative and helped me learn more about Zoroastrianism and Parsi culture (I feel like many people don’t know about this topic). However, I would recommend waiting a few years before reading The Magicians of Mazda because it contains a lot of violence and cursing.

also, there's this one part in the book that's super confusing and I had no idea what was going on.

Oh and I’d also recommend Surviving Hitler, it’s not historical fiction, it’s a true story about someone who survived Nazi concentration camps.

I actually do like some mysteries, so this helps! And will do on the Magicians of Mazda. Thanks for the help! 😁

Hi! I also like realistic fiction! I know a bunch of Historic Fiction books since my teacher loves reading us those. Here are some books you might like: the Once series, Anne of Green Gables, Blended by Sharon M. Draper, We Are Wolves (The BEST book, I've reread it so many times), The Night Diary

Oh, Blended is the best! I ❤ it! I will definitely check out the other books, thanks a lot! 😀

The Light in Hidden Places is a true story from the Holocaust, and I LOVE IT!

Hmmm..maybe check out of my book-shelf to get more ideas...idk but I would def recommend "The first Sioux Nun" by Sister Josphine-Marie, one of my relatives has actually knew the author, it`s so cool but so good book!

Oh, I remember you saying that! That's really cool. Thank you! 😃

I really like "Big Nate", personally.

I’m also thinking of changing my name. Do you guys think I should?

Sure if you want! You should do something that suits your personality :)

If you are really wanting to then I think you should. 😉

It's your choice! If you want to change it, change it to something that YOU like!

Well, it really depends on what you like. For instance, my username is a combination of two things I love: tech and fashion. Then the numbers add up to 9, which I was born in 2009. So, that’s one option. Then there’s always just creative ones like “summer_vibes” or “beach_life”. (I love the summer and the beach if you can’t tell!) I hope that helps! 😃❤

Same! I love Mint and lavender and the letters in MintLavender add up to 12 wich is my Number In basketball! How very similar our choice of names are!

Same! (That is part of why my avatar color is teal)

Really? That's cool! I really like your background! 😀

Hey guys! I haven’t been on DOGO for a bit, because school just started. I just wanted to say that I changed my avatar. I hope you guys like it!

IKR? I have felt sooooooooooooooo lazy, and havent wanted to get on 4 some reason.

Oh I REALLY like your avatar as well as your username!!!

Hi, I've missed you!!! I totally get the whole school thing.... I just finished up my quarter exams. I luv the avatar too!

You’re lucky! The quarter hasn’t even ended yet for me, and I have like 5 exams coming up.

Kind of lucky. I got a 72% on my math exam. 😕 I'm hoping I don't get a C on my report card bc my parents will NOT be happy.

I got a 33% on a math exam one time! I hate slope! But I got 100% on my other tests so my math grade is a B right now.

Oof, that stinks. I'm glad you got your grades up though! 🙌😄

oh, yeah! we did finals really fast last semester and we got to have mini parties in class!
